Concept-driven Inquiry Workshop Period 1 Completed
During 10th and 24th, April, 7 teachers participated in the Period 1 of Concept-driven Inquiry Workshop for three consecutive Saturdays, which were held by Suzhou International Cooperation and Exchange Department and lectured by expert from Reggio Emilia in Asia for Children (REACH).
The workshop covered teachers of different education categories from different countries and regions. Participants from our school gained a more profound understanding towards the concepts as well as the planning strategy of concept-driven inquiry theory after observing cases posted online, exchanging teaching experiences and ideas with members from different regions and cultural backgrounds, and exploring better designs for one’s own lessons.
The Period 2 workshop, which will bring more inspiration and shade more light on our teaching, will be held in August. Let’s hope for another feast of ideas!
